For me, trail running is all about moving through beautiful places at your own rhythm—whether that’s cruising along forest paths or tackling big mountain trails. It’s not about speed; it’s about being outside, exploring, and enjoying where your feet can take you.
Alongside trail running, I’m a qualified International Mountain Leader with a long-standing love for adventure. I’ve climbed iconic 4000m peaks in the Alps including Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso, and the Dômes de Miages, as well as summiting Kilimanjaro and Mount Kinabalu. My travels have taken me far beyond the Alps—cycling from Cairo to Cape Town, as well as pedalling through Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Whether on two wheels or two feet, I’ve always found joy in exploring new landscapes and testing my own limits.
Now based between Lancashire and the Chamonix Valley, I spend my time running, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the trails with my energetic cocker spaniel, Milo. I really enjoy guiding others—whether you’re new to trail running, looking for mindful mountain adventures, or preparing for bigger races. My aim is always to help people realise they’re capable of more than they think, while keeping things grounded, calm, and connected to the outdoors.
