Liz has enjoyed running for as long as she can remember. She started out in an athletics club
as a child, and as a teenager she would join her dad on his regular jogs. It didn’t take her
long to discover the joy of getting out alone and losing herself in the countryside.
Over the years, Liz has tried all forms of running, completing more than eight marathons
and achieving a personal best of 3 hours 30 minutes. These days, she’s less focused on
chasing PBs and more interested in running for the sheer enjoyment of it, whether that’s on
the local Chiltern trails or up in the mountains.
