Join us this summer for a guided trail run through the beautiful Chiltern Hills followed by an expertly led yoga class, designed for runners. The 10km trail run will follow canal paths, alongside fields of sun drenched corn and woodland tracks, led by our qualified, motivational trail running guides. Along the way we will provide essential trail running instruction. Following the run, Annabel from Zest Yoga will provide a 50 minute yoga class. Annabel a trail runner herself, will guide you through the yoga class, specifically designed for runners, whether you are first time yogi or a pro.
We will start and finish at The Home Office, Tring, which is just a few minutes walk from Tring Station and also has free on-site parking. It's a beautiful venue and the yoga class will take place in the light and spacious atrium or if the weather is good, outside on the grass.
We are limiting the numbers so there is plenty of space to allow for a COVID secure environment.
