Do you want to be a stronger trail runner? Maybe you want to lose some weight or perhaps you just need some motivation! If so, then this is the perfect training course for you. Trail Fit has been designed by our qualified coaches to improve the 5 fundamental phases of athletic fitness covering speed, endurance, strength, power and performance. After this 6 week course you will feel more prepared for the trails!

Join us each week in the outdoors for a group training session led by one of our qualified coaches. Each of the six sessions includes a dynamic warm-up, the training session, and cool down, lasting around 1 hour.

Meeting points will be in the Tring area. Spaces are limited. We have courses running on Monday and Tuesday evenings starting at 7pm, and Thursday mornings starting at 10am. Sign up for a block of 6. If you want to join after the program has started email us to check if we have any spaces left.

If we have to stop the program due to COVID restrictions, we will suspend the course and restart as soon as we are allowed.


You will need to arrange your own transport to the start of each training session. We will let you know the location a week in advance.


The program is open to all abilities, whether you are looking to improve a race time or be more confident on the trails. If you are new to running then we recommend you have already completed the couch to 5km program.


The 6 week course will start on the week beginning 12th April 2021.

Course 1 is on Monday evenings at 7pm - location confirmed on booking but is in the Tring area.

Course 2 is on Tuesday evenings at 7pm - location confirmed on booking but is in the Tring area.

Course 3 is on Thursday mornings at 10am - location confirmed on booking but is in the Tring area.

You cannot purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction, so please enter seperate transactions.
