BACKGROUND

Do you want to be a stronger trail runner? Maybe you want to improve your fitness or you just need some motivation! If so, then this is the perfect training course for you. Trail Fit has been designed by our qualified coaches to improve the 5 fundamental phases of athletic fitness covering speed, endurance, strength, power and performance. After this 6 week course you will feel more prepared for the trails!

Join us each week in the outdoors for a group training session led by one of our qualified coaches. Each of training blocks of six sessions includes a dynamic warm-up, the training session, and cool down, lasting around 1 hour.

Meeting points will be in the Tring area. Spaces are limited. We have courses running on Monday evenings starting at 7pm from the 6th September, and Thursday mornings starting at 10am from the 30th September. To get the best value sign up to all 6 for £60.

You can also book individual classes, just click on the relevant day for booking.

If we have to stop the program due to COVID restrictions, we will suspend the course and restart as soon as we are allowed.

ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORT

You will need to arrange your own transport to the start of each training session. We will let you know the location a week in advance.

ABILITY

The program is open to all abilities, whether you are looking to improve a race time or be more confident on the trails. If you are new to running then we recommend you have already completed the couch to 5km program.

TIMING & LOCATION

The location for the classes are in the Tring/Aldbury area and are confirmed 1 week before the class.

  • Mondays at 7pm - Start on the 6th September 2021
  • Thursday at 10am - Start on the 30th September 2021 (We take a break during half term week, just after the week 4 class for the Thursday class)

  • Class 2 - Uphill reps
  • Class 3 - Downhill reps
  • Class 4 - Running form drills and speed work
  • Class 5 - HIIT workout for runners
  • Class 6 - Fitness test

PAYMENT

You can make payment above, using any form of payment (PayPal, Debit / Credit Card) on a laptop. If you are browsing from a mobile or tablet you will need to make payment by a PayPal account. You cannot purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction, so please enter seperate transactions. If you would like to buy multiple or group tickets or indeed prefer to make payment by bank transfer, please get in touch here. Once you've paid via PayPal you will be taken to a booking form, please fill in your details, if this does not load please email us.
