BACKGROUND
Do you want to be a stronger trail runner? Maybe you want to lose some weight or perhaps you just need some motivation! If so, then this is the perfect training course for you. Trail Fit has been designed by our qualified coaches to improve the 5 fundamental phases of athletic fitness covering speed, endurance, strength, power and performance. After this 6 week course you will feel more prepared for the trails!
Join us each week in the outdoors for a group training session led by one of our qualified coaches. Each of the six sessions includes a dynamic warm-up, the training session, and cool down, lasting around 1 hour.
Meeting points will be in the Tring area. Spaces are limited. We have courses running on Monday and Tuesday evenings starting at 7pm, and Thursday mornings starting at 10am. Sign up for a block of 6. If you want to join after the program has started email us to check if we have any spaces left.
If we have to stop the program due to COVID restrictions, we will suspend the course and restart as soon as we are allowed.
