Do you want to be a stronger trail runner? Maybe you want to improve your fitness or you just need some motivation! If so, then this is the perfect training course for you. Trail Fit has been designed by our qualified coaches to improve the 5 fundamental phases of athletic fitness covering speed, endurance, strength, power and performance. After this 6 week course you will feel more prepared for the trails!
Join us each week in the outdoors for a group training session led by one of our qualified coaches. Each of training blocks of six sessions includes a dynamic warm-up, the training session, and cool down, lasting around 1 hour.
Meeting points will be in the Tring area. Spaces are limited. We have courses running on Monday evenings starting at 7pm from the 6th September, and Thursday mornings starting at 10am from the 30th September. To get the best value sign up to all 6 for £60.
