SiS CHAMONIX TRAIL RUN EXPERIENCE

Science in Sport and Run the Wild have partnered to bring together two essential ingredients for a great day on the trails: science-backed sports nutrition and world-class guided trail running experiences.

For over 30 years, Science in Sport has been helping endurance athletes fuel their training, racing and recovery. Combined with Run the Wild’s expertise in trail running, coaching and guiding in the Alps, this partnership gives runners the confidence to explore Chamonix’s incredible mountain trails with support both on and off the trail.

Join us for a relaxed, social morning run on the world-famous trails of Chamonix. Open to runners of all abilities, you will be led by experienced Run the Wild guides who will share practical trail running tips while leading you along inspiring alpine routes with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif.

Whether you’re taking your first steps into trail running or you’re an experienced mountain runner preparing for race week, you’ll enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, expert guidance and the opportunity to learn from those who know these trails best. Along the way, Science in Sport’s trusted nutrition products help keep you fuelled, so you can get the most from your morning in the mountains.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

runners in the chilterns taking part in the summer 10km trail run
“Ran a led 10k route with Run the Wild and cannot say enough great things about it. I am new to trail running so learned absolutely loads about all aspects of the sport from Simon, our super knowledgeable run leader . The trail itself was beautiful as well, very jealous I don’t have this on my door step. We unfortunately had an injury in our group during the run but the run leaders were first class at dealing with it and making adjustments so the injured person could carry on at a manageable pace. Really fantastic morning out, and hoping to return soon.”

“I took part in my first group 10k at Ashridge last Sunday and have to say how much I enjoyed it. The group leader Harriet was great. It was a relaxed run and she was very aware of everyone’s abilities and adapted accordingly, especially considering how warm it was. As a novice runner / it was a very enjoyable experience and enough to give me confidence to aim for the half marathon in October.”
